All apparel prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). While we strive for absolute accuracy in color representation, fabric specifications, and inventory levels, minor variations may occur due to individual screen calibration or continuous craftsmanship improvements. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from inadvertent typographical inaccuracies.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed upon successful payment authorization or COD verification. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NetBanking via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
The SHIFU trademark, logo, design patterns, product photography, text content, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of SHIFU Men's Wear. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright and trademark law.
SHIFU Men's Wear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or delivery delays caused by external courier logistics. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
