Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

At SHIFU, we craft our apparel to the highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit, silhouette, or fabric, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
• All original brand tags, labels, and protective packaging are intact.
• The item is returned with its original invoice or digital order reference.

2. Free Doorstep Reverse Pickup

Once your return or exchange request is registered, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24 to 48 business hours to collect the parcel. Reverse pickup is completely free of charge for all eligible items across India.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Upon receipt of the returned item at our quality inspection facility, refunds are initiated within 24 hours:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card / NetBanking): Refunded directly to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days (depending on your bank).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded directly to your provided UPI ID or Bank Account via NEFT within 48 hours of verification.

4. Size & Style Exchanges

Need a different fit (e.g. Medium instead of Large)? Exchanges are dispatched immediately as soon as the reverse pickup is scanned by our logistics executive, ensuring you receive your new size with zero delay.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email our customer experience team at support@wearshifu.com with your Order Number (e.g. ORD-RZP-XXXXXX) and desired action.
